Terms of Service

When you schedule a service appointment with South Fulton Appliance Repair, a qualified technician arrives to inspect, test, and diagnose your appliance, HVAC system, or commercial refrigeration unit. An initial diagnostic fee is assessed to cover travel, equipment inspection, and technical diagnosis. Once our technician assesses the failure, you receive a flat, transparent repair estimate before any physical repair work begins. No work proceeds without your explicit approval.

We provide clear arrival windows for scheduled visits to accommodate your day. An adult at least 18 years of age must be present on site during the entire diagnostic and repair appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, please call our dispatch team at 470-847-9076 at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled arrival window to avoid a late cancellation charge.

All service fees, replacement parts, and labor costs are quoted upfront. Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the diagnosis or repair service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved electronic payment methods. For special-order or non-stock components, parts prepayment may be required before orders are placed with manufacturers or distributors.

All replacement parts installed by our technicians carry the standard manufacturer warranty alongside our 90-day craftsmanship warranty on specific labor performed. This warranty strictly covers the individual parts replaced and the exact mechanical or electrical work executed during the original repair. It does not extend to unrelated failures, pre-existing structural issues, misuse, power surges, or unauthorized modifications.
